Ever since those Rice-A-Roni ads (you know, the “San Francisco Treat!,”) we’ve been hooked on the romance of San Francisco’s cable cars, chugging up and down the city’s hilly terrain. Well, if you want to be part of the transit fun, better hurry! The cable car system is in need of repair and, as such, will be getting a tune-up beginning in January.
